The stay will be confirmed only after having sent a deposit of 30% on the total of the stay, subsequently you will receive our booking confirmation.
At check-in you will be asked to pay Euro 100.00 to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation; The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after checking the condition of the apartment.

Payments:
– To confirm the reservation is required a payment of 30% of the total amount as a deposit
– The final balance must be paid 15 days before arrival
Cancellation Fees:
For stays in the period from 01.03 to 19.06.2021 and from 10.10 to 31.10.2021
- Cancellation within 15 days before the date of arrival: Free cancellation
- Cancellation from 14 to 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
- In case of cancellation from 6 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of total amount
For stays in the period from 19.06 to 30.07.2021 and from 04.09 to 09.10.2021
- Cancellation within 30 days before the date of arrival: Free cancellation
- Cancellation from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
- Cancellation from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of total amount
- In case of cancellation from 6 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of total amount
For stays in the period from 31.07 to 03.09.2021
- Cancellation within 60 days before the date of arrival: Free cancellation
- Cancellation from 59 to 30 days prior to arrival: 15% of total amount
- Cancellation from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
- Cancellation from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of total amount
- In case of cancellation from 6 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of total amount
If it is not possible to travel due to COVID-19 emergency restrictions, the amount paid will not be lost but a voucher will be issued that can be used for a future booking.
