How can i check availability?

How long will it take to be answered by email?

You will receive an answer as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours following your request.

What is the minimum stay required?

In the low season we can accept bookings of 2/3 days, while in the high season (July and August) the minimum stay is one week.

Are animals allowed?

Yes, they are generally allowed, but a specific request must be made at the time of booking.

How do i make a reservation?

It is possible to book through our booking system which will provide you with all the information relating to availability, price, cancellation terms and payment methods. For any clarification or information our staff is always available.

You can also book by E-Mail and Telephone, by submitting a request, our staff will send the various proposals and once the quote is accepted you will receive the instructions for the payment of the deposit that will make the reservation effective.

Is a parking space available?

All our accommodations have a parking space. In some solutions the parking space is condominium, in others it is internal and in others it is in the street in front of the house. However, a parking space is always guaranteed. You can check the type of parking in the description of the house.

Is it possible to add a bed?

Many of our holiday homes offer this possibility. It is necessary to make a specific request before booking.

What are the cancellation policies?

The cancellation conditions depend on the rate chosen and the period of stay. The relative cancellation conditions are specified in each quote.

Are there special cancellation conditions for covid cause?

The cancellation conditions remain unchanged but if it is not possible to travel due to restrictions due to the COVID-19 emergency, the sum paid will not be lost but a voucher will be issued that can be used for a future booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is scheduled from h 16:00 to h 20:00. For arrivals after h 20:00 it is necessary to contact the reception 0039(0)70991494.

Check-out is expected by h 10:00. For departures before h 08:00 it is necessary to make arrangements with our staff.

Is someone available for any problems during our holiday?

Yes, our staff is available to their guests for any need. Complete assistance and prompt intervention is guaranteed, compatibly with the working hours of the technicians needed in the specific case. It is therefore necessary to notify our staff by telephone to report any faults and problems.

What happens if i cause damage to the accommodation during the stay?

In this case, our staff must be informed of the damage caused. The sum necessary to repair the damage, if minor, can be deducted from the deposit of 100 euros paid at check-in.

Does the structure present a shared environment with the owners?

No, our apartments have independent access and guests can live their vacation in complete autonomy.

Are the price always included services such as water, electricity and final cleaning?

Yes, it is all included in the price as specified in the quote sent to you by the booking office. Any extras will always be reported.

Are the houses equipped with everything you need to cook?

All houses are equipped with kitchen, stove, crockery, cutlery and everything needed for cooking.

How do i get to the accommodation from the airport?

There is a connection service between the airport and the Cagliari bus station. For timetables, consult the company’s website: ARST

At the airport it is possible to rent a car at one of the many car rental companies; you can also take advantage of the transfer service that can be booked directly through our offices.
