Conditions:
The prices that will be quoted on receiving your request include: electricity, gas and final cleaning up. They do not include household linens for bed and bath, TV or washing machine, which we supply on request for a fee. Animals (to be mentioned at the time of booking): small animals free of charge; medium and large animals for a fee.
On booking, caution money is required. It can be sent by postal money order or bank transfer for which instructions will be provided. The remainder is to be paid on receiving the keys on arrival.
Any damages to the property and anything in it must be paid for prior to checking out. For this reason, caution money to the amount of 100.00 euros is required. This sum will be refunded at the time of departure.
